Add Name and Number to Back of Any Design

This selection is to add the name and number of your player to the back of any purchased style. 

***Upon checkout, please specify WHICH shirt you are wanting to add the name and number to. This charge is PER SHIRT, so add the charge as many times as needed to add to multiple designs.

To maintain the quality of your shirt, please follow these care instructions: machine wash cold inside out with no fabric softener, tumble dry low, and avoid ironing directly on the design.
