ORDER COMPLETION TIME FRAME: All orders are custom to you. Our standard completion time is 7-10 days on everything, except Tee of the Month Sets and Earring orders. (Rush orders are sometimes possible with an additional charge. Please email for more info) Orders can be picked up, if local to Mustang, OK (Please select this option at check out) Shipping is available and will be through USPS and will have tracking provided.  Only completed and full orders will be shipped together. If you order an earring or Tee of the Month and order other items with that order, they will all go out together, so please plan accordingly and place separate orders if needed. Tee of the Month orders are available the 1st to 5th of every month and will be completed for pickup or shipping the third week of the month.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:  Whimsy Wear is not responsible for any Lost/Stolen Packages, Packages Sent to the Wrong Address or Refunding/Replacing Lost Packages that have not been delivered. (Please confirm the correct address on your order before submitting the order) However, if a problem arises, we will work with you to try and locate the package.    In the rare instance, your package is lost or missing, I would suggest calling your local Post Office and providing them with the tracking number that was emailed to you or you may file a Missing Mail & Lost Package Claim via USPS Here:  https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

CANCELING ORDERS:  Once an order has been placed on the website, we cannot cancel it for any reason.
